Frequently Asked Questions Before Your Curtain Project
1. What are your delivery times?

Because excellence takes time, we take particular care in processing your order within 1 to 10 working days.
For all orders of custom-made curtains, allow an additional week for precise manufacturing in our workshops.
Once shipped, your package will arrive at your home in 7 to 14 working days (France).
The good news? We offer FREE delivery with no minimum purchase.

2. How can I ensure the accuracy of my measurements before ordering?

This is our priority for your tailor-made comfort. We advise you to scrupulously follow our Size Guide. If you want a custom-made curtain, follow our measuring method and indicate the exact dimensions you want in the "Message to seller" section when you place your order. Our advisors will follow your dimensions for the manufacturing of your curtains.

3. Are your thermal curtains effective immediately after installation?

Absolutely. As soon as they are installed, the density of our soundproof and thermal curtains creates an immediate barrier. To maximize noise reduction and stop drafts, make sure the curtain completely covers the window surface and, ideally, just touches the floor.
